Shipping & Returns
When will my order ship?
Most orders leave our warehouse within 2 - 5 business days. Orders placed with Expedited or Express shipping will leave our warehouse even faster. We'll email you tracking as soon as it's available. Orders that are placed on weekends will not ship until at least the next business day.

Items that ship directly from the artist, are custom-made, or are on backorder will ship by the date indicated on the item page. We'll also remind you throughout checkout and on your order confirmation email if you've chosen one of these items and what their expected ship date is.

During COVID-19 we're seeing more carrier delays than usual, so we'd advise you to give yourself a bit of buffer time if you need an item or a gift to arrive by a certain date.

Shipping options and costs
Our shipping prices are based on the value of the items in your order and on the service level you choose. When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped or picked up from our warehouse is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from the first full day that the package is “in transit” to you.
Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.

Return Instructions
  1. Send us an email to info@stitchfly.org with the subject of return of goods.
  2. Write in the letter your order number and your details for a refund.
  3. Your return is registered! You'll receive an email with return instructions and your prepaid return shipping label.
Please note: If your order arrived damaged, an item was missing from your order, or your order was never received please contact our Customer Service team. If you are a gift recipient and need assistance with a return, please contact our Customer Service team.

Shipping your return:
1. Pack your items securely. Include your packing slip if available.
2. Attach the labels to the shipping box and drop off the package with the return carrier.
3. We'll process your return for a refund once we receive it in our warehouse. Transit time for us to receive your return can be as long as 3 weeks from the day you send it back.
